Responsibilities:

• Receive and invoice parts, ensuring accurate documentation
• Mirror match new parts to original, damaged parts
• Communicate frequently with office staff and production manager regarding part delivery dates
• Notate files with all incoming and outgoing communication with parts vendors
• Scan invoices and attach them to work files
• Assist with transporting vehicles to outside vendors as needed

Requirements:

• Valid and clean driver's license
• 1 years of experience in a parts handling or inventory management role
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Experience with CCC One a plus, but not required
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Starting at $18.00 per hour; pay is dependent on skill and experience
